Road to Change will provide youth mentoring services for young people in the Clarence Valley aged 5 to 25 years. Young people make invaluable contributions to their future and their communities when they are supported and encouraged to participate in their own wellbeing.
Youth Mentoring Programs are a way of providing caring adults in young people’s lives. The benefits of mentoring for young people can be numerous and has shown to improve education performance, increase confidence and self-esteem, reduce the likelihood of engaging in risky behaviours, improve social skills, communication, goal setting and problem solving.
Through our mentoring programs, we aim to empower families in crisis, providing guidance and resources to navigate challenges, strengthen parent-child relationships, and enhance overall family dynamics.
